I've just seen this cartoon by Hajjaj. It's true that the cost of renting/buying houses is getting higher, and it's becoming more difficult to get a decent home for a reasonable price these days, but why?
Everyone may notice how expensive the residential houses/apartments, but not everyone knows that the prices of construction materials, such as cement, are being raised as well! You can ask anyone who is in the process of building a house how much it is costing them...
I'm not saying that, given this proportion, the houses are being sold for fair prices... but this deserves some thinking, and looking for the real reasons behind the problem!

well raising the contruction materials cannt affect the appartements prices in such a away,
the main reason for the expensive prices is the Iraqi people, those who had a great amount of money to spend and the spent it well in Amman.we are used that the prices will rise every year ,but not in this way.
